About Our Speaker
Debbie Becker is an experienced educator, having spent her career helping individuals achieve their full potential. Currently, she serves as a facilitator and strategic learning analyst for FM Global where she is responsible for delivering and evaluating engaging training programs that help employees develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
Prior to entering corporate America, Debbie spent 16 years working in higher education, where she focused on leadership development and employee training. During that time in academia, Debbie developed a passion for helping individuals discover their strengths and use them to achieve their goals. It was in this environment that she learned the value of meeting learners where they are while recognizing the responsibility leaders have to remove obstacles and foster equitable experiences.
It has been through her transition into the corporate sector that she’s become even more passionate about helping individuals show up as their authentic selves. Debbie is committed to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where everyone can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas. When individuals are true to themselves, they are more productive, engaged, and fulfilled in their work and personal lives
