Being an effective trainer is more than flawless design and deployment of learning materials. In order to be truly effective and aligned to our organization's objectives we need to shift the midst of our role. In this session we'll discuss strategies for being a strategic business partner through performance consulting practices as well as how to leverage measurement and evaluation.
