Join us for a facilitated panel discussion with key leaders to uncover unconscious biases in how we design, develop and facilitate learning. What is an unconscious bias? How does it show up in learning? How do we adapt the way we design and deliver learning? Listen to their perspectives on this important topic and how learning professionals can be prepared to design an inclusive learning environment.

Our panel features:

  • Sharon Kaliouby, head of global learning & development, State Street Global Advisors
  • Kevin Matta, sr. inclusion & engagement business partner, AWE (Advancing Workplace Excellence)
  • Michelle O’Brien, director of human resources, division of biology & medicine, Brown University

The panel discussion will be moderated by Karen Freedman, chapter president and vice president, manager enterprise learning, FM Global.
