Patrick joined the board in January of 2020 as the Vice President of Finance, In this role, he manages the operational finances of the chapter by coordinating the budget and operational issues with the other board members.

Patrick has 20 years of Learning & Development experience in regulated industries including medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, and insurance focusing on leadership development, technical, and job-specific training. In his most recent role at Moderna, he has transitioned into Organizational & Talent Development working on resdesigning the performance management system and partnering on managing projects including workforce planning and developing organizational capabilities and resources to support them. Through Patrick's contributions, his employers have saved millions in continuous improvement initiatives as well as redesigned and redeveloped programs that are more efficient and effective while also reducing time to proficiency, minimizing turnover, and decreasing budgets.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Management from Eastern Nazarene College and a Masters of Science in Organizational and Learning Development from Suffolk University. In addition, he is a Certified ROI Professional from the ROI Institute.
