Rick serves as the Vice President of Curation which is a new board position created in 2016.

Rick is a seasoned Human Resources professional with thirty years’ experience in the financial services and government sectors. He then managed a portfolio career in which he was a Human Resources consultant, career coach, and adjunct faculty member at Providence College, New England Institute of Technology, and Bryant University.

In 2018, Rick retired from his position as Faculty Resource Coordinator at New England Institute of Technology.

Additionally he has developed and facilitated management, supervisory, sales, technology, communications and creativity programs. Rick has also served on several not-for-profit boards of directors and continues to be active with community agencies.

Rick received his Master’s Degree in Business from Bryant University and his Bachelor's in Government from Georgetown University. He is the author of "Making the Most of Your Career Transition", an article which serves as a guide for individuals who are seeking to learn techniques for successfully navigating the career changing process.

Rick lives in Hope, RI with his wife Diane.
