Elected as Vice President of Volunteers in 2019, Judy is excited to engage members through chapter volunteer opportunities.
As the Director of Talent Development at Brown University, Judy leads the talent development and employee program operations team responsible for a variety of professional development and employee engagement programs for university staff.
She holds a Masters in Adult Education from the University of Rhode Island, is a Development Dimensions International (DDI) certified facilitator, and is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She also serves as a coach, having completed the Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program through Brown’s School of Professional Studies in collaboration with ACT Leadership.
Judy is the 2019 recipient of the Staff Diversity and Inclusion Award at Brown University for her work on diversity, equity, and inclusion related professional development opportunities, and in particular, in serving as the project manager for the creation, filming, and deployment of three unconscious bias elearning modules for the Brown community.
Most recently, Judy led the RFP and selection process for a partner vendor and is overseeing the design and delivery of the pilot Brown Leadership Institute for senior and HIPO leaders at the University. Judy is currently managing the transition and creation of all talent development offerings to the virtual environment along with the production and implementation of COVID-19 related safety guidelines elearning modules for staff, faculty, and students returning to campus.
