October 12, 2022 – The Bay Colonies Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) was once again recognized for its submission to the ATD “Sharing Our Success” (SOS) program. The national SOS program identifies best practices among local ATD chapters and uses them as models for other chapters.
This most recent submission, Benefits of an Annual Programming Theme, describes the annual process that the Bay Colonies board follows every summer to create our Annual Report and plan the upcoming programming events.
Shelby Morris, Chair of ATD’s Chapter Recognition Committee said, "This recognition honors the Bay Colonies Chapter’s best practice that demonstrates its commitment to managing a successful organization as well as advancing the talent development profession at the local level. We are honored to recognize the chapter with ATD's SOS recognition."
In March, the Bay Colonies chapter also received SOS recognition for our Get to Know Your Chapter video series, which highlights members of our chapter sharing aspects of their life, job, hobbies, family, etc. If you aren't familiar with these videos, check out the Bay Colonies Chapter YouTube Channel today!
