Our Mission and Vision

What is ATD?

The Association for Talent Development (ATD) formerly known as the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) is an international association serving the professional needs of over 55,000 practitioners, administrators, managers, educators and researchers in the field of training and development.

Bay Colonies Chapter

The ATD Bay Colonies Chapter is a growing affiliate of the national organization that includes more than 100 trainers, facilitators, executives, and consultants. A Board of Directors serves the chapter. All members are encouraged and welcomed to attend the board meetings, which are held bi-monthly.
