Bio
As the current Chapter President, Brian monitors all aspects of ATD Bay Colonies Chapter business and guides the annual strategic priorities, goals and initiatives set by the Board of Directors. Brian served as the Vice President of Operations, 2019-2021, and the Vice President of Communications, 2021-2023.
Brian is the Senior Manager of Learning & Development Operations for the Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology Organization at CVS Health. With over 15 years of experience in learning and development roles across various industries, Brian specializes in driving organizational growth through strategic training initiatives.
Brian earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Media Production from Florida State University and holds a Professional Training Certificate from Bryant University, as well as ATD’s Designing Learning Certificate and E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate. He currently lives in Rhode Island with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys tennis, golf, live music, performing improv comedy, and spending time with family.
