Are You Ready to Lead in the 21st Century?

Join us for Off-site and On the Mark: Virtual Teams, Real Results

By 2015, 40% of the world's workforce will be remote. By 2020, 62% of employees are expected to work in virtual teams. Today the complexities of global business exceed those of the past. And, the practices of leading onsite teams fall short of the leadership required for virtual teams. This whitewater of change requires leaders to navigate with new tools and practices. How prepared are your leaders to meet these challenges? How prepared are you to support them?  Lee Johnsen, of Partners in Development (PID), offers an interactive and engaging program that will help you Erase the Distance.

This workshop is rich with relevant insights and practical strategies you can apply immediately to change your virtual team's trajectory.  If you work with or lead staff, vendors, clients, executives, and other stakeholders located "off-site," join us as we explore:

  • The impacts of complexity and reliance on virtual teams
  • Best practices of thriving virtual teams
  • Steps you can take to enhance the performance and productivity of your virtual team
