What makes learning sticky? Learning embeds itself when learners are invested in the training we offer
them, and apply it outside of the learning session. It remains sticky when there are supports that enable that beyond the classroom or elearning session.

In this workshop we will look at the ways we can design learning for stickiness, then involve managers in the application of the learning afterwards. We will use experiential, discovery learning and problem
solving techniques to ponder where we are today, and consider how we can bring stickiness into our
own systems.

In the end, you will know what makes learning sticky and be able to develop a learning experience that
transfers.
