The global pandemic has taught us that employees are more likely to leave an organization where they don’t feel seen and heard, and in order to create and maintain safe spaces that foster engagement, we need to unlock our Inclusive Leadership power up.

He is on a quest to learn more about how men define and engage (or don’t) with vulnerability, and how that can impact the connections and relationships in our lives, particularly when it comes to how we interact with other men. His podcast, The Vulnerable Man, seeks to expand the conversation and to invite men to join him in the conversation around how we want to define what it means to be a man in the 21st century.
