Please join ATD Bay Colonies for Level Up Your Team Culture with Wendy Hanson of BetterManager.  In this session, we will look at ways to identify the culture you want on your team and how to reinforce it, celebrate success, and create opportunities. The session will be interactive to get everyone’s best ideas. Examples of culture decks, charters for a committee, and inspirational events/activities will be shared. Let’s create a culture that everyone wants to be part of!
