The ground is shifting for talent development. For decades, our value was measured by the volume of content we could create. Today, AI can generate outlines, scripts, and assessments in seconds. This transition is not about replacement; it is the partner we need to finally move from being order-takers for training requests to becoming strategic leaders who drive measurable business results.

In this interactive session, we will explore how to evolve into a Strategic Learning Architect. You will learn to use your professional judgment as the ultimate filter, ensuring AI acts as an accelerator for quality rather than just a generator of generic content. We will focus on high-impact activities that move you away from tactical production and toward solving real business problem.

In this speaker you will learn how to:

  • Diagnose business problems by identifying a "strategic anchor" that connects learning initiatives directly to top-level organizational priorities rather than just fulfilling training requests.
  • Apply the human-AI-human framework to ensure professional expertise remains in the driver's seat when using AI for research, brainstorming, or drafting learning solutions.
  • Utilize intentional prompting to act as a strategic assistant for organizational tasks such as skills gap analysis, content curation, and performance consulting.
