Elected as Vice President of Membership in 2019, Lisa is charged with overseeing membership, answering questions for new & potential members and working with local businesses as a liaison for group memberships.

Lisa is a senior instructional designer at Citizens Bank in Johnston where she has worked since 2018. She is an experienced learning and development professional who specializes in instructional design and project management. She creates training material for classroom sessions, both in person and virtual; as well as eLearning and job aid materials.

Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree at Stonehill College as an adult while raising two teenaged daughters. More than 13 years after getting her degree, she is still a curious and continuous learner.

When not working, Lisa is either at the beach or playing with her granddaughter, Kennedy. The best days are playing with Kennedy at the beach!

Lisa lives in Massachusetts with her husband, Ken.
