Dayne has always felt a strong passion for helping and empowering others to grow. Whether serving on the board of a community service organization in college or teaching English while living abroad in Spain, her passion is what drives her towards a career in the Learning & Development field.
As the Training and Development Manager at Blount Fine Foods, Dayne is considered a “corporate functional leader” and utilizes her expertise to align and support multiple facilities across the country. Through spearheading initiatives at multiple levels of the business, Dayne pursues collaborative partnerships to offer new development opportunities and promote a learning culture.
Currently, Dayne serves as a mentor for new as well as seasoned employees, and she will be completing a robust 2-year Leadership Development Program at Blount this summer.
Outside of the office, Dayne stays busy with frequent bike rides, baking new recipes, and is always brainstorming ideas for her never-ending house projects.
