Elizabeth is a HR Generalist as well as the Co-chair for the Wellness Committee at Beacon Mutual Insurance Company. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association, a Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor through Schwinn, and Hoola-Fit Certified through an Ace Certified Fitness Pro Hoola-Fit Hoop Dance Teacher Training.

Elizabeth earned a bachelor's degree in Business Studies in Business Administration and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Southern New Hampshire University as well as ATD’s Instructional Design Certificate. She currently resides in RI with her husband and daughter. When not working she enjoys indoor cycling, walking, and traveling.
