As the Vice President of Membership, Rodrigo is responsible for overseeing membership strategy, answering questions for new & potential members and working with local businesses as a liaison for group memberships.

Rodrigo has 20+ years of experience in Learning and Development, having held L&D Leadership roles at Citizens Bank, IGT and GTECH. He is passionate about creating innovative and engaging learning experiences that support career development and the building of new skills and capabilities.

From facilitation to leading large-scale development initiatives, Rodrigo creates people-centric learning solutions that are informed by data analytics and supported by strong partnerships with his stakeholders.

Rodrigo holds a degree in Electronics from ETET Technical School from his native Brazil.

When not working, Rodrigo enjoys travelling, cooking, practicing Karate and spending time with his wife and step-children.
